Day 58- Ok, I had a little too much fun over the weekend and screwed things up. I went out Sat night to a concert and many bars on the way; it was St. Patrick’s Day! Then on Sunday tailgated the Philly Union game and drank some more…… As for food, I did not have the selection I would have liked, but on the other hand, I feel like I did not eat anything… I am pretty sure, besides beer, my intake was waaaaay to low for the past few days. In other words, my body is holding onto a few pounds. Well, time to clean the system out and see the end results in the next few days.
