If you want to lose weight quickly in a short time, than restrict your calories and get plenty of exercise. Eat 1200 calories a day and get in cardio a few times a week and some strength training a few times a week. There are some great workout dvds that will kick your butt in to shape quickly. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, shred it with weights, etc. Go on amazon and look up different workouts you might enjoy. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Stay consistent and be strict with your tracking. Good luck!
