Everything but the bagel.A great breakfast today. I had lox, tuna salad, egg salad and whitefish salad with all the trimmings and it was so good. Even discounting the low net carbs, calorie wise I had no bagel,no coffee cake, no other sweets or breads. This has to start to add up or rather subtract. The family was very supportive of my effort and I felt so pleased to be able to participate in one of our family feasts without messing up my eating plan and my committment to myself. I felt perfectly full all day long. This really is changing the way I eat. Before I would have eaten 1 or 2 bagels and a slice of coffee cake and maybe another pastry. I really hope to see a loss pretty soon. I am tired of my plateau again. Kids said they see a difference. I hope they weren't just being kind.
