I have a hard time getting all of my water in. Any suggestions???

Hey! I start drinking my water first thing in the morning...meaning, I 8oz while I'm getting ready for work in the morning. Then once at work I drink 24oz btw 8am-noon and then another 24oz after lunch til bedtime. I've found it easier to drink in small portion. I hope this helps! Stick with it! =0)

You can add Crystal Light packets to bottled water or the Gatorade Propel packets. I do this once per day and it helps satisfy your sweet craving while getting in 2 waters:)

Here is what I do to get in all of my water, but I drink 128 oz a day, four 32 oz. cups. I have bought a 32 oz cup with a big hole in the top and I have one at work and one at home, I like to drink water out of it because it pours out faster and I only really have to have two of them to get my 64oz in, but I drink four. I drink 64 oz before noon and then drink another 32 oz before 430 and I take the cup in my car on the way home and drink the whole thing....and yes I have to pee every thirty minutes....but it works.
