An early breakfast today. Got up earlier than usual, so I am hungry earlier than usual. 1 fried egg 2 oz. ham 1/4 avocado 1/2 sliced tomato
Boy, was it good. I am not usually hungry until about 11am. But it was good!! I am keeping the Protein and Fat up, and less Carbs still. I like this Keto way of life.
