Bad days really suck...they can throw you off track and make you forget your goals and just seek the comfort that we know...FOOD...There are always going to be bad days and there is always going to be rodeos and holidays and birthdays anniversaries and the list goes on...However, we must learn how to cope and deal with crap when it hits us...so, I have learn to self talk during the hard times and I recognize the bad day and say I am going to break this cycle cause once I make the bad choices, I feel even worse...So I am trying to face it head on and say I am going to do something different a lot of times I pound the pavement with a long walk...clean streak...wash car...dust...we have to learn to replace bad habits with new habits and after a while it does become a habit...I know you can do this...Just remember one step at a time....
