Today would have been a great food day...even with having to eat dinner out, except I was in a rush this morning and had a bowl of cereal instead of an egg on toast...extra 300cal...still a good day...I will work out again tonight.
Tomorrow I am going to the new car show with my daughter. I want to check out smaller trucks (have to keep my current one to pull my trailer) my current truck is getting pretty high maintenance and very high miles - 250,000kms (156,000miles)...so I will look at something more economical & comfortable with using it for a few years then it becoming the kids car after that, so low maintenance is a good one...should be fun!!
It's amazing how tired you get after driving so much in one day...9hrs behind the wheel and 6hrs on site...almost seems like a waste of a trip, but the project team needed someone to lay out the priorities and make a few decisions that would have been much more difficult to do over the phone...
I'll have to pack some snacks for the trip down to the car show & have a healthy lunch...maybe Subway or something like that...
