What a busy week! I've been taking care of Mom/Hubby who seem to always get sick at the same time, working and my rescue dog is very needy! Cooper (the dog) is so sweet but actually whines when I close the door to go into the bathroom - I keep telling him there is no escape from here, I'll be right out. He doesn't get the concept, all he knows is there is a door between us. I love him dearly, but there are some things that are private! Lol Up to a 40 sec plank and I think I'm actually feeling a difference in my core. Hmm, who knew exercise would work like that? HAHA! Excuse my sleep deprived mind today.
