Are you already in a healthy weight range for your height and age? It can make it harder to get the pounds off. You may need to play around with your caloric intake. Try a week of eating 1300 a day and see what happens. But be honest and strict with the calories. Those bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you drinking water to stay hydrated? Water flushes out sodium. Are you being honest with your tracking? Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain a lot of sodium. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Lean protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Sometimes it's about WHAT you eat and not just HOW MUCH. Not all calories are equal. You might also try 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones with some protein at each meal. Keep changing things up till you find what works.

Hey Brendaolmos94! I'm no expert on nutrition, but from what I can see, I think you might not be taking in the amount of protein required to synthesize your carbs. Although dietary proteins do not influence carb processing directly, they are a key factor in breaking down the carbs into simpler sugars. Let me know if it helps! Thanks!
