I have the same problem. I wonder if it's all psychological :-)). I am also doing the Atkins diet Phase I still. My carb intake is posted at 20-25g per day. This is the first site that I am able to add my food and see my carb intake. I will try this for a couple of weeks to see if I get better results. It seems like your carb intake for phase I is awful high. Do you know what your daily carb intake should be? If not you can go to atkins.com and register and they will caculate you carb intake for you.

It takes everyone a bit of time to get the hang of Atkins. You're doing better than most in trying to get your veggies in! If you don't have the Atkins book (2010), you can always go through the tutorials over on the Atkins site to be sure you're on track with Induction...targeting 20 net carbs per day, getting 12-15 net carbs in foundation veggies, drinking enough water, getting enough protein to prevent muscle wasting, etc. There, and also in the book, you can find sample menus for about a week or so.....it helps you get a feel for what your meals should look like and how big they can really be. Your clothes feeling baggy is an EXCELLENT indicator that this WOE (way of eating) is working for you! Be sure to take your measurements, if you haven't already done so. Dropping inches will help motivate you when the scale's lagging behind your efforts. Good luck!

I've been following Atkins since November. But, past month have hardly lost any weight. Eating the same as usual, but getting discouraged because of lack of progress. Only lost 1 lb in the past 2 wks..and only about 2 lbs in last month. Any suggestions???
