Started 6th round: Monday, July 10, 2017 - 234.4 lbs. Started 7th round: Monday, July 31, 2017 - 233.8 lbs. Started 8th round: Monday, Aug 21, 2017 - 236.0 lbs
My focus this round is to continue getting the exercise in. Working with Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, P90x, Tai Cheng, and Skimble (vacation or away from home), and getting 16 - 19 cups of water in each day.
The challenging part lately (the 7th round) is staying within the portion control amounts. So keeping within the containers is my main focus this 8th round, with the workouts and water following.
Also wonder if I haven't found my plateau (the 230's) again. I have fluctuated up and down and down and up over these past 21 days. I should be measuring, but I have not done so yet, but have that in the plan too. Keeping the faith. #14 lbs down #sevenweeksdone #eightweeksin
