OK, I am back to recording all my foods today. I haven't eaten anything yet today. but when I do, I will be recording it here on FS. Paula, you have incited me to do this, because your loss is a great thing. I want to do as well as you are doing. So that being said, I will be back recording all my foods, all of my exercises, and what I am thinking. Thanks to all who are recording their journey here on FS, for you give me encouragement, that I can do this, and do it well. I do read the posts and the notifications of each of your journals, even if I don't comment on them all. I do read them. Thanks for the comments and for posting on here. I look forward to reading them all. I look forward to seeing how well each of you are doing, and even if it isn't a "win day" it is a good day, because you are here and you are posting and helping others. Thanks all!! Sharon
