Today I got up and ate a larger breakfast, due to the group going out to eat at lunch. I am going to make sure I order something low carb and thought if I was still full from breakfast, might help on staying in line with my diet. I will let you know how I do, I have already started the water, so maybe I can remain somewhat full and avoid the chips and hotsauce.
