K. Here goes. I've been on Atkins now for a week. Have not lost one pound. I'm going to cut out the Atkins snacks and just eat the three times a day. Let's see if this helps. Ugh...

Atkin snacks stalled my weight loss. I am only eating them when I have an extreme chocolate craving so I don't binge. I eat 3 meals a day, maybe string cheese for snack but I don't eat a lot of snacks cause I am satisfied with my meals...don't give up...the numbers will come...

Cutting out Atkins products is probably a good first step since they do cause issues for some. I did notice you aren't really eating any veggies, so that may be part of the problem too. Tweak a few things and you will be losing weight like crazy! :)
