Had a rough day today. Was in a meeting for work all day and did not pack snacks. BIG MISTAKE. I did eat a good breakfast though. They had pizza for lunch. I had one piece. Drank lots of water throughout the day. Also made sure to have a good supper. I'm in the same boat tomorrow but will be remembering to take some healthy snacks that I can have throughout the day. Weigh-in on Wednesday---hopefully a few more pounds gone. I'll post later.

We've all been there at some point. The fact that you are doing something about it today speaks volumes. One slice of pizza won't ruin you, drink some hot lemon water to help with any water retention you might have from the sodium in the pizza. Have a good weigh-in.
