Wow! I cannot believe that February is almost over - 4 days left! I've done fairly well with keeping up what I set out to do, which was to work out almost every day and to journal what I am eating. No weight loss really, but I feel a whole lot better! I look like I've lost, but the scale doesn't agree so much, well, as far as the pounds go anyway, the body fat is down for sure.
I've started P90X this week as well, it's awesome! I'm still sore from Mondays workout! Yesterday I rocked Plyometrics. I'm very excited about the program and can't wait for day 90!
