I am loving this diet or should I say "lifestyle change." I have had self-control this week, which is good since I went to two Christmas parties and avoided messing up my diet. This is my first week. I am going to weigh again tomorrow. I know I have lost. I can feel it.
Question: Can you have green beans during the induction period of Atkins? I had some last night with my steak. I felt like since it was green, it wouldn't kill me. Can anyone shed any answers on that?
I am in a fabulous mood probably because I am ridding my body of all the toxins this week. I have been getting a headache this week. I think that's normal.
To all my new friends: Have a great day and keep on keeping on!

I'm not sure (I'll have to refer to the book) about the green beans but I know I have always had them. I check labels mostly. I don't think it's gonna kill you b/c I lost 100lbs doing it, LOL. You seem to be doing well, Keep up the motivation!! I'm sending you best wishes on a wonderful day as well!!

Green beans are fine, just don't have any other kind of beans. I will check the carb content and repost. You should really read the book to make sure you are doing everything correctly. Keep up the good work.
