Apparently my body may be adjusting to the early morning workouts at 5:00a.m. Starting to wake up at 4:30am and quickly do not allow myself to start thinking, but took a snooze until the alarm started going off at 4:55a.m. and the "get up" alarm at 5:00a.m.
Did a very modified version of P90x plyometrics this morning. Whew. Still a major sweatfest!
I'm finding out as I am working out, my body demands more healthy food options. Which is awesome for sure.
And I'm pretty certain I may be in bed asleep tonight by 9:30pm! LOL.

That's true! Everytime I do sports my body starts craving for veggies, oatmeal, honey and other healthy stuff, although when I'm off my diet I don't concider those as options..
