Cheated today with an oats cookie ☹️. Should not have. I ate it because I was happy to be in my room, no control - happy to be by myself. I won't do it again. I need to drop at least 1kg by myself this week. Clean, honest eating. Will record my diet until I start using the injections again. I've got to do it. Hpw badly do I want to weigh 75kg? BADLY!!!!! I need to. I've paid more than R9000. This weekend, the only thing I will cheat, is with that fuckin oatmeal cook I've consumed already.
