I'm trying not to snack; I'm not even hungry, I just want chips. Lord, help me!

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 March 2012:

When I get to craving chips I pull out the chicharrones (pork skins) and mayo--it doesn't take much to get over the craving. And with Atkins that's an ok snack, but that's my diet. I'm in agreement regarding God's promises though. In Him His answer is always Yes and AMEN!

Pork skins and mayo? Really? How does that taste? I need something that's edible, low cal /low fat, and crunchy; and rice cakes aren't it, LOL.

I'm sorry, pork skins and mayo are NOT for you if you're doing low fat since they're both almost totally fat. Perfect for low carb, but not for low cal/low fat. I never cared for rice cakes either. Praying God shows you what you need and desire!

Ms. Tammi did you ever try the rice snacks. They have them in a bunch of yummy "chip flavors" and don't forget popcorn 100 cal snacks. Have you tried chocolate regular rice cakes? YUM!!!
