Made myself a big sprig mix salad w/ homemade nutritional yeast dressing and sooooo many lentil sprouts(they were barely sprouted but I'm leaving for the weekend and I didn't want them to get old!) forgot to take a pic it was so good

Do you use citric acid in the soak/rinse water? I bought some food grade for cleaning, and wonder if I shouldn't do my own sprouts.

@t8u9 nooo I didn't but I should definitely look into that. This was my first time sprouting ever and I'm def going to invest in some sprouting lids to make the process less complicated !
