So my roommate left a box of donuts on the counter yesterday and I ended up eating 3, after already eating out once that day 😩😩 ... this is why I don't bring sweets home. I felt guilty all night and then woke up w a food-hangover, BUT I'm going without sugar for a week now so at least it spurred something good

BEAN BALLS. Surprisingly good and super simple. U can use any bean, but in my case this is lentil smushed together w some chickpea. Add seasoning, bake at 375 and you're set!
