Blood sugar 94 this morning. Ate a chocolate pure protein bar last night, worried that 780 calories was not enough to balance out my blood sugar meds. Weight remains 192. Impatient with eating veggies like I should. Think I will add broccoli to lunch to balance out chicken I mean to consume in about an hour.
