Well breakfast is over today.
I did very well on my carbs for this meal. I am working on keeping them as low as I can so I can lose the weight I want to lose.
I am going to help mow the lawn today, more exercise!!
I need my exercise to help spur on my losing.
It is means I must work to do it, then so be it. lol Not like I don't need the work done either. lol
Onward and Downward!!!
