Well so far I am at 91% of my RDI. Hmm, I will really have to watch the rest of the day, but after lunch, a late lunch mind you, I probably won't be very hungry the rest of the day, and if I am, then I will just have to figure out something to eat, that is high protein, low carbs. I can do this, for sure. I could borrow some of the calories I didn't eat yesterday, and if I am really hungry, I can, but I won't, unless it comes really important, like I am starving to death. lol Not going to happen, I am sure. I am gaining more and more control over my over-eating and it is not as important as I ounce thought it was.
