Well so far I am at 91% of my RDI.
Hmm, I will really have to watch the rest of the day, but after lunch, a late lunch mind you, I probably won't be very hungry the rest of the day, and if I am, then I will just have to figure out something to eat, that is high protein, low carbs. I can do this, for sure.
I could borrow some of the calories I didn't eat yesterday, and if I am really hungry, I can, but I won't, unless it comes really important, like I am starving to death. lol
Not going to happen, I am sure. I am gaining more and more control over my over-eating and it is not as important as I ounce thought it was.

Try to train your mind that when the clock strikes 12 midnight you close the door on those calories. It's disappointing for sure. Yet self defeating if we try using calories from the past. It really means your over RDI for today and your body knows what going on today.

You are so right Paula. I am not eating yesterdays calories, it is just a fall-back plan if I am hungry. Which I am not, so the amount I recorded is the amount I ate. Thanks for the advice!!!! I needed that and I appreciate it too.
