One week on the Mediterranean diet. No change in waist and hip measurements Weight -3.8 pounds
So far so good.
The book I ordered about the diet arrived. It not only explains/describes the diet but has a lot of recipes.
I think I could eat more bread stuffs, but I am trying to stick with as much veg and fruit as possible. It sure fills me up. I have mostly stayed below 1200 Kcals daily, not because I am trying to limit Kcals but because I just don't feel like eating anymore.
