This is a link for finding different low carb flours to bake/cook with.
They are not all cheap, but if you are in this for life, then, the cost isn't as important as the outcome.

They sell many different things, I just found them and thought someone like me who can't find what they may need to make those delicious looking recipes on the Diet Doc site, then this may help in your goals.
