I am changing my diet (life plan) to LCHF, Low carb, high fat diet, which is by the way a Keto diet. I found some free Kindle books on Amazon, for menu planning and help in starting and maintaining this way of living. I will maintain this and see if it helps me to lose my weight and get back to where I want to be. I am going to give this a long chance for working. I can and will live without so many carbs, I just need to work harder to get in more fats and healthy foods that I love.

keep us posted on how it works for you! I'm really not too drawn to the keto diet because of the symptoms associated with ketosis...not a fan of that. I experience them while doing my long fasts and I really really hate them. so to have to experience that on a daily is not fun. but another perspective is fully welcome. so I look forward to your updates.

Well I can't do fasts, Hubby for some reason thinks I should cook for him and if I am fasting, I sure as heck don't want to be cooking for him. lol
I will keep all updated, for sure.
This site motivates me to do better, and posting is one way to do just that.
Thanks!!!
