So it begins. I am going to be keeping a fairly comprehensive journal about my journey to weight health. You heard me … weight health. Now what is weight health somebody might ask and considering that this probably the ramblings of a quickly approaching middle aged lonely bachelor just remember that it gives him something to do!!
The big question will be can it be kept up?
So let us begin.
Yesterday I joined a gym … World Health Club. I joined with my friend Pedro who has pledged to work out with me. Again … maybe I am being cynical but let us see how long that lasts. I do have a couple of other friends using this gym such as my buddy Dolphin Dan and Colleen (who always has a headache) Murphy but it is unlikely that I will be going with them. Ken Hayes is another member but the amount he will go is unknown at this time.
Supplements List daily:
3 Digestive Enzymes (1 with each meal) 3 Glucosamine (1 with each meal) 1 Saw Palmetto 1 Potassium (in the absence of a banana) 3 Essential Fish Oils (although I am currently out) 2 Bilberry tablets of which I am currently out.
Every 2nd day I take a shot of Vitamin B.
Since I started this weight thing yesterday my starting weight is 311 lbs. I will record my weight every single time I go to the gym. Remember weight fluctuates every day by 1-2 pounds. Something to do with crap build up!! Heh.
Okay off to the gym for a cardio work out. Wish me luck. I am meeting Pedro and Ken there today. Also I will be using Fat Secret to record my food intake.
Well I am back from the Gym. 307 lbs is my weight meaning I lost 4 pounds in 1 day!! Whoa … nice job. I will just have to keep it up. Look for an update tomorrow.
