Sadly m y old scale was broken. I bought a new one. 200 clothed and with shoes. I am assuming it's 2 lbs less in am after shower. I must have weighed 202 when I started this. I did learn that even part of an apple can keep my blood sugar up (136 at 5:30, 4 hours after eating.) Still struggling with blood sugar but 109 this am after having wakened shaky hungry at 1 a.m. and eating a pure protein bar (200 calories). I guess that nighttime hunger thing is raising blood sugar but as I understand it, it's also burning up sugar stored in liver, etc.
