My friend Selene has been taking pictures of everything she eats for at least the last year and making collages. She did a blog post about it the other day with a couple of examples. She is a low fat, mostly vegetarian eater -- but I love the artistry of her meals. I am much more of a grab 'n' go or eat my salad during a WoW raid kind of eater. But... I am drawn to the mindfulness of it. Maybe I will give it a go.
