I had a really good day today. I walked EVERYWHERE!!! I walked to and from the court house (jury duty) and to and from the post office. It was a total of 4.8 miles and about an hour and a half. Weight inched down a bit (even though I'm on my cycle) for the first time in a long time and I'm feeling good. I'm going to try not to drink until the weekend and keep trying to watch my portions.
