Well, I don't know why, but I ate over my points for the first time without planning on it. I decided I wanted not one, but two bowl of cereal before bed and a snack size m & m. I was geeling congested with my chest hurting and I guess I thought the food was going to make me feel better. So, I gained 1 lb from that. Today, back to business and WW. I think I am missing my husband and feeling yucky and wanting to turn to food. Food is not the answer!!!!!!!

Well don't beat yourself up over it, it happens to the best of us. I hope you get to feeling better soon! Not to much longer on your hubby's return! Have a good day!

Sometimes a hot cup of diet cocoa or spiced tea can get me through tough cravings. Hot beverages are comforting in the winter, and it's hot so you have to sip it slowly, giving you time to decide if you are really hungry or just lonely/bored/whatever. You will do fine, good attitude of jumping back on board. A small mess up will not make a big difference as long as you get right back on track. I actually read somewhere that you can keep from gaining weight from a day of indulgence my eating very small, but frequent meals the next day, keeping calories lower but eating often to keep the fires of your metabolism burning. Wish I would have followed that advice after Thanksgiving(see I'm still beating myself up over that, and I've been back on track for a week!). You're doing fine, your chart is totally rad! :D
