Following the diet and still not cheating. I have to admit that I am both surprised at myself, but really happy I have been able to do this. Exercising is getting tougher and feeling like some of my motivation is slipping away. I think that may be because I really don't like working out with the bands. Cardio work is hard on my ankles and feet until it that warm burn starts...after that it's all good. So even though there is some discouragement I know that I'll be happy when I start seeing a little more progress.
