Well, taking time off for the holidays turned into near the end of Feb. Gained 12 lbs! Takes less time to gain than lose. Stayed reasonably well until Feb and blew it! Back on the horse because this is NOT going to beat me! I will not look at regrets. Getting back on diet not for weight but I am sluggish from not eating properly and my stomach aches have come back. This is a MUST!
