I had a look threw my weight chart yesterday and I was please to see that I waz a Pound away from losing a stone In weeks. Not bad! Thats roughly about 2 pounds aweek..... hooorah! in another seven weeks, I will be nearly to my target weight Looking much better already tho.... happy daz!
