Went out to lunch with my friend and her two boys today. I thought we'd be going to the 99 but instead she called to say meet them at Olive Garden...hoo boy..challange for me! How to avoid breadsticks!?!
Got there and immediately ordered a tall glass of ice water with lemon wedges.
Then I took care of me by ordering the only dish of chicken that game without a cream sause over it. It was skewered chicken and papers, with zucchini. I ordered broccoli on the side and said to skip the tuscan potatos. I then had her bring a salad without dressing as well as the one with for everyone else. I picked out the croutons and enjoyed it with FF salad dressing I brought along.
Meal was awesome,kids had us laughing and enjoying the time together and I once again learned I can use my voice and speak up for what I need or don't need. ROAR!!! hehe

you go tiger. I have also found that I can order any chicken breast plain at any restaurant with any side I want. I even did this at a Mexican Restaurant and the seasoning on the chicken was so yummy and then I had salsa on it and a couple of pieces of avocado. Of course you end up paying for a meal that you didn't get but it isn't too much more. Maybe now with your ideas I can use my gift card I got for Olive Garden.

Way to go. You're total inspiration I tell you. I don't know that I could do the same. I'm afraid to go to a restaurant. Don't think I'm strong enough yet. But, I'm totally psyched for you. Keep on ROARING while the weak and meek like me keep on whining:)

Hey, I have also had their pork with rosemary and it's great for SB. My family loves this meal, it's a tenderloin ! I love your attitude, I'm inspired!
