Good Morning! I have come to the realization that I follow my eating plan much better when I am at work. For some reason I feel much less hungry and drink way more water while at work. It was a tough weekend with surprise birthday parties and such, but I did not eat any cake or over eat with the various foods that were available to me....and if you know me, that is really a feat in and of itself!! (I am totally a sweet eater!!!)

I have had this stuffed up cold thingy for about a week and a half now and I have not gotten on the treadmill, but I will be getting on the darn thing tonight. I seem to have leveled off in my weight loss already, even though I am staying well within my calories for the day. Perhaps that does have something to do with not getting the appropriate exercise in each day.

I think I have decided to take out the clothing items that I am trying to fit back into and place them where I can seem them everyday so that it gives me just a little bit more motivation that I have been lacking lately. Summer will be here before you know it and I WILL look good in my bathing suit this year!!! :-)
