I am reading all the challenge posts and I am very exited that you joined my challenge. I also have such a long road still ahead of me, but together we can stay on this bandwagon and motivate each other to become fitter and healthier. In three days we give it our ALL. :-)

I'm struggling just to maintain, as I need my Nature-throid adjusted tomorrow. My lab work showed I am still hypothyroid. Just trying to prevent gain until my doctor adjusts my medication, then will get back to losing.
