This seems odd, a nearly 10 lbs difference to what I weighed at the dr's office n Wednesday. Either his or my scale is wrong. Well, I go by my scale since I can hop on it more easily to see a progress.

My doctor's scales are different from my home scales as well. However, when I go for my checkups, I am mostly interested to see loss of about the same as I see at home. It's frustrating because the heavier reading plays with our minds....we are such funny creatures at times! How our clothes fit and how we actually feel inside are probably better indicators. I'm with you.
