So i weighed myself today and i am 244lbs. This makes me sad. Weight loss is frustrating so I think i should focus on the positives.
Positives 1 this last weekend i ran a 5k on the treadmill in 38 minutes. this is a bench mark for spring training. 2 I feel healthier than i have in a long time. 3 I notice changes in my body that look good.
I know that this is a journey and i am only still at the beginning. I am still hoping that by the end of the week I will be able to weigh in under 240 lbs. Tomorrow I am going to get to work earlier to go running. It felt good to run that far last weekend. I havent gone that far in almost 2 years.
