Broke thrugh the plateau and feeling better too ! Today school reopens. Our driveway got plowed in last night so I got to shovel first thing this A M as well as last thing last night. Exercise in the freezing cold this morning Not my usual way to start the day. I really did break the plateau though Although there was rebound from yesterday's super low weight I did break 200. I weigh in at 196.6 I feel so good. Problem is that's about what I weighed the day I delivered Alesha. Well I shouldn't have let this happen and I have to get rid of it. After the plateau there was a chunk that came off and it broke the 200 mark so I feel like a person again. Lose 10 more lbs and I have clothes I can wear. In 2 0r 3 more lbs my blouses will button. 20 more pounds and I have a whole beautiful wardrobe WOW!! Stay focused!
