I feel pretty good about my 1 lb weight loss. I am trying to eat the things that I like, but plan for it so that the rest of the day I eat more reasonably.

Today Double Dragon Orange Chicken, fried rice and egg roll for dinner. So this morning it's egg whites with mushrooms, red pepper sticks for lunch and yogurt and a pear for snacks.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
