yes and a lot of cravings and giving in at the min

I think you should give in to up to 2 cravings a day (craving allowance) BUT only allowed to have an appropriate (very small) portion of whatever it may be.

thank you for all help in comments. think I'm struggling due to allowing such low carbs in diet which tbh won't allow much aside from salads with low carb meat etc
