So I've been lingering at this number all week I'm anxious to lose more weight so I'm further away from 200 and I'm sure that number is history forever. Part of it is my fault as I have not been as disciplined this week. But I will now get back on track and move downward :)
199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
