(this comment and new weight should have been logged last friday, feb. 10th)Not going to consider .2 lbs a loss, but I'm ok with this weight this week. I have run a few times, done some Jillian and started pilates. Still looking to LOSE, but also looking for my body to change. Hopefully all of the exercise will make that happen.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
