OK, this weekend the monster won. On Saturday night I was invited for dinner and a round of poker. Dinner was Cheese-Fondue. Since I anticipated something with a lot of Cheese I took care of what I eat on the other meals. Therefore the damage was not too bad. On Sunday noon I became hypoglycemic. I ate a Mars-Almond Bar, a Bounty Bar and drank Coffee with sugar within a few minutes. This unplanned and unwanted food was 622kcal alone. Ah well, in the long run no real harm is done.
