Had a "practice" thanksgiving today at work :) and it went pretty well. Stuck with the turkey and greenbeans with very small portions of everything else (except maybe the wine). Round two, family thanksgiving is Saturday. I just keep reminding myself to take it one moment at a time. This isn't life shattering stuff - it's just creating new habits, that after a while will just seem like the status quo.
