Today was a very unproductive day for exercising. My pedometer reading at the end of the day is at 4098 steps. That's less than a third from yesterday. Had a hair appointment for braids that took five hours, so did not move around much at all. I will try to double up tomorrow on the exercise. Perhaps one round in the morning and one in the evening.
Did great on the diet though. Today's meal was quite satisfying and filling. Need to save this one to favorites. Also did a "peek" weigh in today - down 2 whole pounds. Yeah! Hopefully I can keep it up til Sunday - official weigh in day.
