Day 10! Half way through to making a habit!

Today was a pretty good day. I've felt very bloaty all day though. Not sure why. I've been eating ok, I think. Caloric intake is still not more than 1500 calories a day and I am eating good stuff. I think I might need to switch it up a little. We'll see.

It was freezing cold out today! I couldn't get my run in, my I discovered that one of the ellipticals at the gym at my apartment complex has tv on it. This is a great find as I can definitely see myself watching tv while getting in my cardio now. Let's see if I can successfully incorporate it.
